2017 Audi A3 e-tron 1.4T S tronic Premium Plus

Today my husband and I went in to purchase an Elentra. We knew exactly what we wanted and headed to the Steven’s Creek dealership after a not stellar experience at Capital. We worked with Brian and he was absolutely wonderful. Patient, kind, thorough and really worked with us where we felt really taken care of. David and Lou in the finance department were also incredibly professional and enjoyable to work with. Overall it was an amazing experience and we felt we walked away with a great deal on an awesome car for our daughter and a really positive experience. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to check them out. P.S. sushi restaurant next door is really good too!!

I recently purchased my previously leased Hyundai and everyone at the Stevens Creek location made that experience really pleasant. I wanted especially thank Randy who took care of everything financial. He was very detail-oriented, friendly, and took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was getting all the services I needed/was entitled to under my protection package with the service department. I want to thank Alma as well for managing the services. She was also very friendly, but most importantly, very communicative with me during the service -keeping me updated throughout. Great dealership - would drive down there all the way from SF again for their customer service :)
