I will only give this dealership 5 Star's because of the sale's person, who went above and beyond the call to duty. I live in Kansas City and I was looking for a certain car for my wife, her Birthday is on the 12/21/2020 and I wanted to be her Hero, as always. Kelly Wallis help me be that hero, I could only get down there on the weekend and I NEEDED HER TO HOLD THE CAR FOR ME . yes I know that's asking a lot but she did it. Kelly was there when I got there & she Knew I was on the time clock because I wanted to Play Santa to my grandkids while I was in town, So I say Thank you Mrs. Wallis and I will be Recommending you TO everyone I know in Kansas city and in St Louis. The Car fit's perfect also! I wanted to post an update on my wife’s car. The free oil changes ended this morning so I thought I better change all the filters and clean it up after 20,000 miles.

Matt and Jarrod made this the best car-buying experience I've had to-date. Rather than spending 6+ hours going back and forth, over and over, we got the deal done in close to record time. I was treated well and the professionalism shown by the two gentlemen mentioned was astounding. I'm very pleased with how business leading-up to the purchase day was communicated and Matt was excellent at answering all my questions. I felt like a priority, didn't have to sit and twiddle thumbs, and the knowledge shown by Jarrod in getting through the fine-print was exceptional. I'm blown away by how well things went today. We left Kentucky searching for a new car since we could not get a good deal there we decided to drive to St Louis..the very first email that Joe Dawidouski sent me I knew it was going to be the right decision, he kept me updated on the vehicle I wanted through out our drive until we reached our destination. I emailed Joe and told him we were on the way..when we pulled up to Suntrup Joe had the car pulled around ,put me in it for a test drive..from the moment we walked in we were treated with complete professionalism we got a awesome discount and Great financing, we left there thankful and not only did Joe do such a wonderful job on our purchase he also took the time to give us restaurant ideas in some of the historical area ..which we seek and conquered..We will be back, and we will refer our family and friends to Suntrup.. When we are ready for our next vehicle Suntrup will be our first and final stop.. Thanks Joe and to all the staff. Best birthday I could have ever wanted ????
