2012 Audi A7 3.0T quattro

I can’t say enough good things about Windy City Autos. I live in Pennsylvania and inquired about shipping to my location. Aun said it wasn’t an issue and he could set it all up if I proceed. After back and forth texts, calls, and a few FaceTime conversations to look over the vehicle, I made the purchase. Aun worked out shipping and made everything easy for me. He told me when it was supposed to be picked up and after a snafu with the shipper Aun called the driver personally only to find out the shipper got delayed picking up the vehicle. He organized a new day and texted me when it was picked up. Car was dropped off a day later and parked in my driveway. I got home from work and the car was just as described and pictured. Aun has even helped answer some of the questions I’ve had about the car after I’ve purchased it. Very easy buyer friendly dealership.

Aun was very up-front and honest which was very refreshing. He proactively let me know the Carfax history and didn't hide anything. He also worked with me to achieve a reasonable price that worked for the both of us. He also spent the extra time to help do all the paperwork as this was for my daughter who resides in Tennessee making the transition into her name seamless for me. I highly recommend Aun.

Great experience buying a vehicle from a small dealership, easy availability, ensured the vehicle was fully serviced and fueled up when I picked it up. Went above and beyond to ensure some worries about the vehicle were not an issue. If they ever have anything in looking for in the future it'll definitely be somewhere I would buy from again.
