I have never had a salesman spend so much time making sure I was confident and comfortable. My very favorite attention to detail were the videos he would send of my car. Yes, there are pictures posted, but he showed it in video format to show it “in real life”. This was such a plus as I was buying completely virtually. Also, Anthony in finance sent all the paperwork for me to sign and marked everything extremely clearly so that it would have been difficult for even me to mess up the signatures! It was the best car buying experience. Gilberto, my salesman, knew all the details of the cars I was interested in. He listens to what I say and made good suggestions.
