2024 BMW 7 Series 740i xDrive

We had a great experience at BMW Northwest this week. They took care of our regular maintenance and everything that was due for our X5. We ended up needing new tires and they had a great deal for us. Our service advisor, Michael, was so great! He went over everything that was due and explained everything to me in a clear way. I was very, pleasantly, surprised when I received a text with video later that afternoon. It showed underneath our car and under the hood. That was very cool! I had a great loaner car that was ready to go but I didn’t need it very long. I dropped off our car around noon on Wednesday and it was ready for us to pickup by 7:30am Thursday morning. We will definitely be using BMW Northwest for all of our cars’ services going forward. Thanks so much Michael!

BMW Northwest (Dave Quinn) detailing service - I am very pleased with my car detailing service that was done today. Dave met me for my appointment and provided a phone call when was car was done. Very courteous, professional and a joy to work with. The detailers did a phenomenal job inside and out. I recommend BMW Northwest detailing services.
