Website was easy to checkout. Then we showed up and parked our car. Not even 2 mins and Triston came out. Told him the 2 cars I was interested in. He got both keys showed us both. I let him know I'm checking out 1 more car at a different lot and if I don't get it I will come back for the RAV4. He didn't pressure me or say what can I do so you don't go. He was very nice and said he understands and wanted to make sure we got the car I wanted. He said if you decide to come back let him know and he will wash it and get it ready. He texted me so I had his number. We left and halfway to the other dealership the car was sold. I texted Triston back said I'm coming back for the car. While doing paperwork his coworkers got the car ready. I think I was done within 1 hour and that includes seeing, test driving, and paperwork. Guys there are very nice and chill.
