The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Purchased an immaculate 2017 Mustang Premium convertible with the 201a package. Less than 60,000 miles. Car runs perfectly and looks like new inside and out. Not even a door ding! The buying experience was easy with friendly, helpful staff. I flew up from Los Angeles in May to purchase this car and after nearly two months, I couldn’t be more pleased!
First thing that I would like to say to anyone reading this review is that this is 100% honest, unbiased. We originally were shopping at the Automalls in town that were no where near where I lived. Every dealership was trying to gaslight me into buying from them within 5 minutes of even walking foot on their property. Not only that, when I asked Honda, Chevy, Toyota, Ford about their vehicles and the specs, they had to read off the sticker..... After 2 weeks of sheer annoyance I took a better look at my local market and stumbled upon a beautiful cherry picked 2018 GMC Sierra 1500HD Denali Truck. It was so perfect and it checked all of my boxes. It's almost like the people at this dealership had a vision for the buyer and that vision was mine. So my wife, daughter and I packed up a second car seat and went over to their lot. We spent 6+ hours test driving the trucks, and reviewing potential interest rates. They even stayed open an extra 30 minutes for me and I hadn't even bought anything. They also answered my questions and did not pressure me. Carlos was so nice, and let me sell myself the truck because he knows they have good vehicles. The next day we went back and started the entire process over again, and still no pressure, no rude or pushy sales people, just honest people selling honest vehicles. We arrived on a decision to move forward with the GMC and that is when we met the owner: George. Having the owner of the lot sit down with you and do the paperwork and look for the best rates possible was a huge compliment and you will dealership's never get that out of any of these local dealerships. George was informative, honest (sometimes very honest) and I appreciated that so much as a customer. He showed me his computer screen multiple times as I questioned everything he did because I was so used to the normal stigma of my previous car purchases. After 3 hours George the Owner (I want to add that again, this is the owner not the salesman) and I had finally wrapped up a very good deal, and he even had a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty available! Now when it oomes to cars, especailly used ones, there aren't very many lots that will offer a warranty because they have lost the privilege of selling them by either lying about the warranty or breaking trust with the warranty companies.This goes back to the honesty of the owner and how he instantly gained my rapport. I was able to secure my dream truck, with a perfect carfax, low miles, and a fair no haggle price. As we were wrapping up the GMC, my wife brought up how she wanted a BMW X5 and George responded with the same integrity even though it was now after hours, and he was working late. After a private chat with my Wife (the boss) we agreed that because George had done so good that we should go ahead and move forward with an immaculate 2018 BMW X5 with the Confidence Package included. It was already after hours, and George did not hesitate to help us. It didn't feel like it was about money but because he saw how excited my wife was about potentially being able to work towards ownerhsip of her dream car. At 7:30PM we finished the application, and put a $1000 security deposit on the BMW so that everyone could go home and get some rest. The next morning George let me know that he wasn't going to be working today but would come in if we wanted to finish working this deal out (even though he could've easily passed us off to Jon or Carlos which there was no issue with this at all as they had excellent salesmanship and customer service). We agreed to meet at 9:45am. Once I arrived I felt like I was family and was asked if I needed water, or donuts which was very nice. I was also very respectful so they reciprocated that back to me and my family. After 5 hours of paperwork and mainly me chatting his ear off and wasting his time we were ready for our photos. My daughter was getting fussy and the team was on standby for 15 minutes while I gathered myself and calmed my daughter down. Jon, Carlos, George and everyone at Exclusive, thank you so much for your time!!!!
My experience at exclusive motor was outstanding as a first time car buyer, Jonathan made the process very easy for me! Throughout the process, he was very helpful would explain everything and would try to help me get the best deal possible. I 100% recommend this dealership!
