My experience at Progressive Motors and Tom was nothing short of exceptional. I couldn't be happier. I have always wanted a Jaguar since my childhood and would browse the web throughout the years, knowing eventually I would find one. One morning, while running a search, I spotted a beautiful one online, which took me to Progressive Motors in Pompano. Their selection of automobiles was great. But I had my eye set on this XJ. I reached out to Tom and inquired about the vehicle. Right off the bat, Tom's kindness and knowledge were 5-star. He listened to my story and related to my enthusiasm for Jaguars. When I was finally available to take a look at the vehicle in person, Tom went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and needs. The entire experience never once felt like the "traditional car dealership hassle." It honestly felt like he was showing me his personal collection. He educated me on the car's story and its background. When it came to discussing numbers, it was a breeze. Tom doesn't pull any games. He is honest, open, and willing to help. After the transaction, he continued to show generosity and excitement for me with my new purchase. I trust Tom and his advice if I need assistance in the future. Bought my second vehicle from Progressive Motors this weekend. Mind you the first was over 20 yrs ago. But as someone that generally hates the car buying experience, I can honestly say this time was great. Tom was great to work with, extremely professional, knowledge, and responsive. Absolutely, no pressure and just made the over all experience a pleasure! We bought a 2015 Jag F Type and are loving it. What really blew me away was that when I mentioned that one of the speakers was blown, only so that he could hook me up with Audio guy. He asked me which speaker and almost immediately after I responded he replied that he had ordered me a new speaker….. never I a million years did I expect that kind of after care service. Suffice it to say that we have been extremely pleased and highly recommend working with Progressive Motors if you are looking for a honest, professional dealership to work with.

I have had almost every "high end" car one could ask for and have dealt with dealerships across the US and South Florida in particular. The experience I had buying my Maserati from Tom at Progressive Motors was very positive. I loved the car online and in person. I was given a fair price for the Audi A8 I traded in and love the Maserati. There was none of the high pressure sales, lying and games it seems 80% of car dealerships engage in. The car was awesome and spoke for itself, they honestly answered any questions and concerns, and was fair in pricing their car and my trade. I always check their inventory whenever i'm in the market to pick up something new, and as fate would have it I am considering a car they currently have. There is comfort in knowing going in it will be a pleasant and fair car buying experience.
