The experience that i had today at Hendricks BMW was outstanding. The whole team is extremely friendly and talented. Customer service is unmatched. The financial process with Mike Weldon was smooth and very fun actually thanks to the digital board that they have. The delivery was honestly the best part, Josh Wilson taught me every single detail that the car that i bought has and answered to all the questions asked. He was patient and very specific. Considering that i came from Miami to purchase the car, without a doubt i will always refer to them for my future cars.

I saw a basically new 2023 Toyota Highlander available on their website, decided to call in and the service I got from Chris Quaglio from that point on was honestly the best dealership experience I've ever had. Since I was coming from Charleston, SC I wanted to solidify everything before making the trip out, they answered all of my questions, gave me a great price and worked with me to make the trip out from Charleston, SC the smoothest possible. I caught a flight a few days later, very early in the morning and Chris was kind enough to not only arrange an Uber but also met me earlier than regular business hours so I could be in and out way before lunch. Mike the finance manager also was the friendliest and most transparent with my new big purchase. Overall, I was impressed by their service and I'm seriously considering making the trip out again when it's time for me to get a new car especially since I've wanted a BMW for a while now...
