2012 BMW 7 Series 740Li

I had a wonderful experience here buying my new BMW! German Automotive Service and Sales is a fantastic and honest family business and I couldn’t recommend them more! They are fair, speedy and very kind people. I am incredibly happy with my purchase.

I bought this car from German automotive dealership for a good price , i thought its a very great deal , the dealership gave me 3 days warranty to drive the car and test it, if anything wrong with it he will fix it for free. the car was fine for 5 days, Then…, the problems started to show up, the engine start to overheating , so I changed the thermostat and the dealership was nice and paid for the fix, after a week the check engine light came on, there is air leak somewhere in the engine, I take it to 3 different garages with no fix , i wish if I didn’t get the car, it’s just problems, maybe it’s not the dealership fault, he was nice to me , but this is what happened

Absolutely Great Service! He came and opened the dealership just for me on a Sunday to test drive a beautiful bmw on his lot. He helped so much and we bought the car same day. Thank you again Best customer service
