Nice used car experience. We recently bought a 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali from Neptune. They are nice to deal with and the selection is good for a small dealer. The truck was in great shape, only needing a few repairs and all the fluids changed, which is what I do with any used car. We got a decent deal on it and are happy with our purchase. We are currently looking for a vehicle to replace the one our stepson is driving and will be back to Neptune for another deal soon.
We had a very good experience at Neptune Auto Sales!!! Johann was very patient with us and stayed long after his shift so that we could get what we wanted. I appreciate going there and not getting ambushed by a bunch of sales clerks trying to meet their quota. I would definitely buy from this place again when we come across buying another car. Philip exceeded a "10/10 experience" to say the least. For context > I went into labor over a month early, after just moving to the area a few months prior, and we ended up in the NICU. Philip was accommodating with his schedule, provided concise yet punctual communications, and at the end of the transaction when my husband forgot to sign the check.... he offered to deliver the truck to me 45 minutes away!! Thank you SO much Philip. You alleviated stress at a time when "life" seemed to be stacking it on. If anyone in the are is in-need, I'll be referring them to you!!
