My dad and I recently went to Quality Auto Dealer just to check it out and see if they still had a 2006 Ford F250 I had seen online. From the beginning Jose was very nice and informative about this particular Truck. After only speaking to Jose on the phone, I finally went into dealer and felt that overall, it was a smooth truck purchase. I am indecisive at times and especially this time, since it was my first time buying a Truck, but I found the service just right. I did not feel rushed or pressured. It took me a while to decide, but Jose and his manager were there with me the whole time answering my questions, all of them. I was pleased. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. I would say the best thing about this place, and about Jose is that they stay with you during the whole time making you feel like they really do care. The only thing about my Truck purchase is that my 2006 did not have a manual and I failed to ask for one then, but I will be giving them a call to see if they can get me one. I am very pleased with my Truck purchase!
