Casual atmosphere. Wouldn't budge on vehicle price, which was upsetting. Steve was nice guy. Sarah was very friendly and sweet to work with. After driving it now for a couple days, I was right, it does need rear brakes. Wasn't just rust buildup from sitting. After telling them about it they did make it right.
