2007 BMW 3 Series 328i

First time here. 2010 Honda. Never had the inside detailed before. Paid $40 waited 2 hours. 1000% worth the wait. Smells like a new car. Looks incredible. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

So I have never gotten my car detailed before. My car was involved in 2 hit and runs and wasn’t driven for 2 months since it needed to be repaired. I had a few scratches on my car from the accidents and of course after 2 months of not driving my car it needed to be cleaned. So I looked for a detail spot and many I’ve looked up were over 4-500 sometimes. This place was a reasonable price for a full platinum detail which is what I got. I dropped off my car at 9am and they told me they would call me once it was done. Usually takes 6+ hours to detail a car according to their site. Also depends on how dirty the car is. Let me note the 5 stars in fully on the job they did on my car. It looked newer than a brand new car. The scratches that were on my car caused by the accidents were gone. Even some caused by car washes. It was so shiny. Clean. Almost didn’t think it was my car. Lol they even cleaned the ENGINE! I didn’t know they did that. (Pic attached). I was so relieved that it looked so new after all it’s been through in a couple of months. They did a fantastic job! I will give 4 stars on the professionalism only because they never called me to tell me when my car was ready. I had to call them and they said it had been ready and apologized for not calling. I was 30 mins late to work because they didn’t call me when it was ready. But other than that they did a fantastic job on my car! Thank you! Will be back. Would have taken more pics but I was late to work. Update: my car was stolen after a week of getting my car detailed the first time. Ended up getting it back a few days after and whoever took my car trashed my car. They had a bunch of Tobacco all over the back floor, weed, ashes from cigarettes. Threw around the paper work I had in the glove compartment. So I had to get it detailed again. And they did a wonderful job. They also called me this time to tell me it was ready. Not only are their car washes well done for a reasonable price, I took my car there to get a ceramic coating and couldn’t be happier. I’ve got a nice car that I pride in taking care of and this place has earned my trust.
