2008 BMW 3 Series 335i

Very professional! Very nice people! Made the process to buy, very easy and simple! I traveled from out of town 6-8 hours away. They worked with me to get everything taken care of beforehand, and also made me and my mother feel at home when I arrived to pickup the vehicle. Before I arrived - Between paperwork and financing with my bank, It was a 5 day process, and it probably would have been a 3 day process, if not for the weekend. When I arrived for pickup - Less than 2 hours. And probably would have been faster but the mistake or issue was on the banks end, not the dealership. The quality of my one owner x3 is immaculate for a 10 year old vehicle. I will update if I have any issues. I have no complaints about my experience and would buy from them again. Looked around for a week before I happened upon Autooutlet. It was an amazing experience dealing with this family owned dealership. There was no used car sales pitch but just honest dealings. It was a breath of fresh air for me who hates being hassled by the larger groups. The SUV I looked at online was exactly like that in person which is also not always true. It was super clean and ran like a dream. The process was quick and easy instead of a 5hr wait at a larger dealership. I ended up meeting the whole family who are all wonderful. I can't recommend this place enough. They will have my future business and anyone I know looking for a car. Thanks to the family for being so kind and honest.

Update: Months after my purchase I'm updating my review. We're often excited to get a new car and sometimes leave undeserved reviews. My review will stay 5 stars. I like the family that operates this dealership and, though the no warranty had me nervous, my car has proven very reliable and meeting my needs perfectly. I was sold a reliable vehicle by good people. I will shop with them first before I go anywhere else for my next purchase. Good people, straight deal, I left very happy.
