Great communication, very personable, easy to work with, straightforward/honest. He's busy, but a good dealer should be, and he will get back to you. He will do everything he can to get you in the car you want. In my case, we simply couldn't come to terms, but that's part of the game, and I think he is being fair. Recommend.
