Chapman BMW excelled again! I purchased a 2024 840 in July and had a great experience. I have a 2020 M850 that was purchased elsewhere and decided to have it serviced at this dealer based on my great purchase experience. I recently received my vehicle back after being repaired from an accident and scheduled an appointment. I was assigned to Tony as my service advisor. I asked for an inspection just to make sure everything was okay on the car. He went above and beyond! Not only did I receive a video of their findings, but he was proactive in communicating it to my technician at the collision center to ensure it gets taken care of. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with Chapman and BMW. Thank you, Tony!
I want to thank Ladell Player and the Chapman BMW Service Team for helping us get our 2017 X6's original 7 year old batteries changed out with a moments notice. With the holidays coming next week we wanted to ensure there were no unexpected disruptions with a dead battery. Chapman had an available loaner vehicle, which I used to finish my Christmas shopping and hit a bucket of balls at the nearby indoor range.
