My family was in town from Colombia. I wanted to get my soon to be father-in-law a gift since he LOVES all things BMW. Entered the main showroom and was greeted well, and get welcomed. Thankful for a great staff here. Special shoutout to Luis in the Parts Department and Boutique. He helped me pick out gifts that my family loved.

He provides superior service whether it's sending an email or returning a phone call. It's a guarantee that Jorge will get back to me expeditiously. I never have to question Jorge overselling me or offering me more than what is needed. If Jorge says it needs to be done, I fully trust him and I get it done, No questions asked! Jorge is fully trustworthy and honest. I have had good experiences with other dealerships but no experience has come close to beating Jorge's extraordinary service.
