My neighbor had a junk car sitting in his garage sitting for 12 years. Rays was listed as the lien holder. So as a long shot we called him on a Saturday. He asked that we call him Monday so that he can dig in the files Monday. I called Ray and he got us the title no problem. He was fast, friendly and kept his word.
