All the great reviews for Martin Auto Gallery are totally well deserved! I saw a low-mileage used Mini Cooper convertible advertised on their website, contacted them, and felt, based solely on telephone conversations, that they were honest and trustworthy. So, on July 3, I hopped on a plane at LaGuardia and flew out to Pittsburgh. They arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the showroom. Well, the car was exactly, even if not better, than, as described. In perfect condition. A small scratch below the front bumper that was visible in the posted online picture was, as promised, totally removed, perfectly. The transaction was effortless. On leaving the lot, Bryan Martin noticed that the front carpets were not in the car. They were nowhere to be found, so he offered to reimburse me for new ones that I bought today. Who else does that? I'm thrilled to have bought my Mini from Martin and look forward to doing business with them again. The drive back to NYC from Pittsburgh was easy, even on July 3! I just purchased a 2021 Crosstrek from Martin Auto Gallery, and I wish every car buying experience could go like this. The guys there treated me differently than any other car salesmen I’ve encountered, but in a good way. I didn’t feel like their sole purpose was to sell me this car. They sat down and worked through all the numbers with me, got me the best price, and ultimately gave me the car of my dreams. I was a little intimidated walking into this being a female in my 20s. I didn’t want to get taken advantage of. I’m happy to say that did not happen. They even let me call my husband multiple times throughout the process. By far, this is the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in my 50 years of doing so. Bryan displayed all of the old-fashioned values and behaviors so absent today. He was kind, patient, personable, respectful, professional--a true gentleman. Bryan worked with me on getting his best price for the purchase as well as for the loan with interest rates. He was sympathetic to my situation of having had totalled my vehicle and did not pressure me to buy from him. He's a good listener and seemed to have my best interests in mind although he's in the business of selling. Bryan worked with me for times most convenient for me and even picked me up at my home on the day of purchase as I needed a ride. The car was immaculate, filled with gasoline and ready when he said it would be. The paperwork and entire purchasing process was seamless. Thank you, Bryan, for making this ol' lady's life a little less stressful during a very trying time.
