He was professional, knowledgeable, and very clear in explaining what needed to be done. I really appreciated the honest communication and how smoothly everything was handled. My car was serviced correctly, returned clean, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone as attentive and customer-focused as Alex — he really made the difference. Highly recommend the service department here, especially Alex. I’ll definitely be returning.

Went to go see a car and was paired with Chris L as our salesperson. Chris was amazing!! He was easygoing and helpful during the whole process. Chris was patient, super knowledgeable about the vehicle and even pointed out features we had no idea were on the car. Answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied. The whole process was smooth. Even Dan in finance was friendly and non pushy. I would definitely consider Audi Exchange for any future car purchase. Great experience!
