I purchased a used 2014 Hyundai Tucson Limited on August 31, 2023 from an auction lot and did my financing through Indy Luxury Motorsports. The vehicle has given me nothing but problems since I got it as I couldn't put gas in my car. Every time I pumped gas it poured back out and I wasn't able to pump more than $15. My car had been in and out of the shop and my issue had not been resolved until Indy Luxury Motorsports got involved. They did everything they could to help me resolve this issue. Since this vehicle is from an auction lot, Indy Luxury Motorsports was not obligated to help. However, they connected me to their mechanic who has been working with me to fix my car. Nick, the manager kept in communication with me and work with me trying to get this issue resolved. He is taking care of me and my vehicle. I greatly appreciate him and his team.
