Everyone that I worked with was so incredibly kind! They listened to my story and really helped me get into a car that my daughter and I felt comfortable in! This place was truly a one of a kind experience from a car lot! They value your input with the vehicle and will hear you out! They actually attempt to make it work for your needs. I fully inspect vehicles before my purchase and Jason supported and had compliments for me doing so! The 45 minutes it took just for me to look it over before test drive and he is complementing me! I’ve had salesman get frustrated, want to move on to the next person who arrives, or “get back” to me, nope he was there every step of the way! Knowing we had a vacation the next day he took every step he could take for the process to get done asap! It took me longer to decide to buy it, then it did to buy it lol… I have nothing but respect for this business! I would recommend them to anyone! And I’ll look to do business with them again in the future! 5 stars feels under represented but just know I’d give 7 stars if I could! A++ :-) Thank you all so much!

Bought our 2nd car today from Northtown. Always a pleasant experience! Quality cars and excellent customer service. Jalil was very accommodating and helped us along the way. Easy and fast service. I’m sure we will be back for more.
