I purchased a BMW M550i from them a couple of weeks ago, absolutely a great experience, Chris was very helpful and addressed all of my questions and concerns about the car. I purchased a vehicle through Right Buy about a month ago and I was very happy with the experience from start to finish. Chris was awesome at developing trust and communicating with me through the process. I've purchased over 6 vehicles through different dealerships and I would say Right Buy has been the best experience so far. I can't recommend Right Buy Auto and Matt F. (sales manager) and Chris (owner) highly enough. My former vehicle was a 2014 and I found myslef sitting at a crossroad of either running this 2014 into ground or trading it in to get max value out it. I began my search at the dealership where I originally purchased the car as I assumed they would give me the highest trade in dollar amount. What I learned from the big dealership is that they weren't the most competitive nor were they the easist to work with. I started some online searching for the car I was interested in and found an exceptional match to what I was looking for at Right Buy Auto. I reached out to Right Buy Auto to setup a test drive and upon arrival realized that a privatley owned business had a better feel to me than the large delaership. Matt backed out the car for me, let me get in, and said, "don't forget to try out the Sport mode." Matt allowed me to go on my own test drive to really feel the vehicle out (dealerships send their sales guys with you). It didn't take long to reconize this was going to be my next car. The rest of the process was smooth and establishing a very competitive financing rate was great. Big THANKS to Matt for also personally delivering my new license plates yesterday along with a item I left in my old car. Great guys, fabulous cars, and really easy to work with.
