This review is for all around good service from the dealership, but especially the service department. My Wrangler, that I bought from Stewart, was broken into and everything in it was stolen (consisting of only the parts/pieces that came with the car, none of which were visible) Stewart quickly got me in to address the melted rear window (they used a blowtorch to get in) and even replaced my hub key. I never write reviews. The only other review I've ever written was for a discount on a move with the mover standing over my shoulder. I'm writing this not because Stewart exceed my expectations, which they did, but because it was only after my interactions at the Ford dealership recently that I realized what a different it made. Stewart took my call, made me a timely appointment, answered all my questions, replaced stolen parts, and didn't charge me a thing. My interactions with Ford were the exact opposite. Ford went out of their way to fix the issues they created....so I'm not leaving them a bad review. But Stewart Jeep gave me nothing to complain about and did everything right the first time. I'm a happy customer.

We arrived early in the morning due to our jeep over heating the night before. John Shami couldn’t have been more helpful. Willing to go out of his way to help us as best as he can, very nice guy and would definitely like to be assisted by him again. Over all great experience

John A Shami was exceptional as my van was getting serviced. He was very communicative during the process which I appreciated. With my service I needed to have the battery replaced which ended up requiring my stereo to get reset with a code I was missing. John helped me to fix this issue after the fact without any additional charges. Thanks for your help John! If anyone drops their car off for service, I’d recommend asking for John
