Where do I even begin? I went to this dealership on my way to an event in Connecticut from New Jersey because I wanted to shop for my new luxury car. They were nothing but professional and helped me find the perfect car to suit my tastes. I also wanted to highlight one other point where another dealership closer to home tried to prey on me and give me an impossible deal. Silvia, my car salesperson, refused to let up, was patient in showing me with evidence that the deal wasn't completely accurate, and did so in the most honest way possible. BMW of Darien is fantastic! I’ve been bringing my BMWs here to get serviced for years. All the staff is very nice and attentive. I just ordered a custom X5 through them and they made the entire process so easy and smooth! My car arrived earlier than expected and I couldn’t be happier!
