I had landed in Washington DC to look at purchasing a vehicle in Virginia from a used car dealership that shall not be named, needless to say they did not get my money. But I am very happy that I went to Ourisman Ford and was able to purchase something that I love much more. Elijah was a phenomenal salesman, with no pressure tactics, and got me exactly what I wanted. It is very rare that I leave a dealership feeling good about the experience I had, but this time was excellent. I will definitely consult with them again in the future despite me living across the country.

Devraj was not pushy at all which was 100% my main reason for proceeding with the purchase — it was a breath of fresh air from the various other dealers I had interacted with in the area. The financing process was straight forward as well and it was easy to register the vehicle in my residing state, NC. I will be recommending this dealer to friends and family as much as I can.
