Keith in Service was great and friendly. Everyone seemed quite helpful including the two courtesy drivers that took me to and from my home. There are some areas for improvement though. Once my tire rotation was completed and they replaced my electronic steering dampener and changed my spark plugs a few things were either overlooked or forgotten. First, the hood release handle was still disconnected and I discovered this days later when i attempted to open my hood of the car to add windshield washer fluid. Once I opened it o saw the next issue. Upon opening the car good I saw what explained a rolling knocking noise I had been hearing for the past few days after my car maintenance. The technician that replaced my spark plugs had left the old spark plugs under the hood and they were loose and rolling around. This could have caused some mechanical issues if they had fallen down into the engine compartment area. Finally, I had the tires rotated and as a result of the steering column having the dampener replaced they insisted I needed a wheel alignment which I understood; however, once I left the dealership service area to go home I noticed that now the car was pulling to the right, which it had not done when I brought the car in. Now I don’t claim to be an expert on cars but I knew it had to be one of two things , a poor alignment or the fact that when they rotated the tires the tires up front were now slightly uneven in wear and caused it. I had to drive back to the service center after driving home and had them readjust the alignment and discussed the probability that the tires being rotated were the cause. In the future I would recommend that the technician advise the customer that this could be an issue once they get their car back and that it should resolve itself after a few hundred miles of driving which it has now. Other than that I continue o to have an overall good experience with this dealership.
