I was looking at an Audi A4 and Sam was very helpful with getting me pre-approved. When I saw a newer Mercedes come in I decided to switch over to the Mercedes and they did it for me no problem. It's been about 3 months and my car is running perfect with zero issues. They are awesome people very kind and caring. Definitely recommend!
