First time buyer from Peterson motors and BMW. The process was absolutely perfect. Was approved online before I got to the dealership and when I got there my salesperson Michael Jenkins greeted me and took amazing care of me. He was not pushy or aggressive with his sales approach and was very patient with all my questions. When it came time to sign, Sam in finance took great care of me as well. I was at the dealership start to finish for only 2.5 hours and most of that time was me test driving and trying to decide what I wanted. By far the fastest new car purchase I’ve ever made! The after purchase care withe Michael and with the tech genius Ben has been awesome, super knowledgeable and very professional. They really make you feel like you’re part of the BMW family and that they care and WANT to help you. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Peterson BMW!! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Micah specifically was awesome! So easy to talk to and he was quick to respond to any questions we had while waiting for delivery. Also going to name-drop Ben (“in house BMW expert”), who helped us learn the ins and outs of all this new technology, he was great! We love our new M4!! Great experience! Mike Triplett was our salesperson he kept us in the loop as our X3M40i came closer to delivery. When it came in he went over the exterior of the car and threw in some all weather mats thanks Mike! After signing the paperwork which was painless, we were introduced to Usman who went over all the inside controls and specifically phone pairing, settings and navigation. He was a Godsend ! and I really appreciate his patience and knowledge. We met a service writer asked a few questions and we were on our way phones and fobs paired to the car. From the get go this dealership covered all the bases my wife and I feel really good about our purchase with Peterson BMW.
