I just leased my second vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Plano! It was the best car “buying” experience I have ever had. We were in and out in 2 hours!! Benjamin was amazing and helped me find the exact color combination and features I was looking for! Everyone was just great!! Highly recommend!

All-round 5 STAR experience ?? This is what LUXURY means. I bought my dream car and that achievement means the world to me. In January, I randomly thought to my myself, "what can I get myself this year for my birtday?". I thought about what material thing I wanted because a birthday getaway is always on the book. I have always wanted a Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe, so I decided to go to Mercedes to get some information about the car and maybe I could plan towards it. I walked into this dealership and the rest is history as they say. Thank you to Zac for what will become a beautiful experience throughout the process. From the moment I walked into the store in January, Zac was attentive in explaining the process. By the end of our conversation, I placed my order same day, even though I was just going in for inquiries. The excitement I felt when I left the dealership was mindblowing. Zac kept me updated on each step of the development, even told me when my car shipped out, when it landed at the port in the US, always very communicative and kind. On Zac's advice, I went in to fill out paperwork so that there won't be delays on pickup day. The professionalism I experienced was top notch. The vibe at this dealership is giving LUXURY!!! When I finally set my eyes on my car, I was in awe, I was in internal tears ???? Lord! I'm happy. It took a total of about 3 months for the whole process, from the day I placed the order to taking delivery. I asked for a bow on the car and Zac delivered!!! This was a birthday gift to myself even though it came early, I'm celebrating from March to April haha. To be able to afford my brand new Customized 2024 GLC 300 Coupe is a testament that dreams come true, hardwork pays off and belief is key. You can achieve ANYTHING you set your mind to. Now, I am inspired to keep working and ticking off my goals. Next ride on my list is the Mercedes GWagon in a few years and I'll be using this same dealership.
