I recently purchased my Audi Q8 and had a very pleasant experience at Asheville Audi. Our salesperson Jason was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took us on two test drives and was patient until we made the decision that the Q8 was the best choice for us. The entire process from start to finish was enjoyable. I highly recommend Audi of Asheville. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. My car died on I-70 on a road trip from Denver to Asheville. I was in a rental that had to be returned in Hays, Kansas, and I needed to purchase a car fast to get my family back home. I was in a very tight spot, and was test driving cars to figure out what I wanted to replace my former Sienna with. Nick was so helpful and kind. He showed me all of the features on the Q7 and let me take my time on the test drive to figure out if this was the car for me. He did all of this without high-pressure at all. His information was so thorough that ultimately my husband and I did decide to purchase a Q7. Unfortunately, the Asheville dealership had only new and late model Q7s in stock, and given the sudden circumstances, we decided we needed a slightly older and less expensive model for this purchase. We ended up finding one in Knoxville that I bought on the way home with my children, but it was Nick’s helpfulness that enabled me to make this purchase decision. I really cannot thank him enough, and anyone considering a new or used Audi would do well to seek him out.
