Gareth was an absolute pleasure to deal with at BMW of Wilmington, can't recommend him enough! We were considering other options from other dealerships. But it was Gareth and his character that ultimately made our decision easy. He felt like a standard of which all car salesman should act by. On our first test drive he was very passionate about the brand, as well getting to know us we talked about his kids and our baby. Not once was money talked about until we brought it up on the third meeting. Gareth felt genuine and natural like hanging out with a caring friend. As a result of his character we walked away with a 2020 BMW x3 as happy as can be. This was our first experience with BMW and as a result of our experience we are for sure staying with the brand and this dealership for the foreseeable future. I had an excellent experience… much better than I had at other dealerships! My salesperson, Robert Figgs, was wonderful to work with, made the whole process really easy, and went above and beyond to stay in contact with me, even after my purchase, to provide information, updates and answers to my many questions.I was 3.5 hours away from the dealership so he offered to send me a video “tour” of the car before I made the decision to drive out, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and he didn’t try to rush me into a purchase like they did at other dealerships. His teammates were great to work with as well… Michael made things run smoothly on the finance side of things and Ava sat in the car with me for awhile after I purchased it to go over all of the buttons and features, set up the navigation, answer my questions, etc. I would love my new car in any event, but I really appreciate the team at BMW of Wilmington making it a pleasant experience!
