Lawrence did a great job throughout the sales process and worked with me in a friendly manner to ensure that I was satisfied with the deal we put together. He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and also allowed me to explore the vehicle on my own without that annoying feeling of someone looking over your shoulder. He was professional and courteous and not overly aggressive, which earned him my business. He also introduced me to the sales manager, with whom I had a good conversation. After the sale, Lawrence spent time with me setting up all the tech features, making sure they were functioning. Finally, he took the time to follow up a few days after I took delivery of my vehicle to ensure that I was completely satisfied and reminded me that he was available should I need any assistance. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to have chosen Generation and will recommend to my family and friends.

We were greeted by our eventual salesperson Lawrence Atkins who asked what we could be helped with. He showed us the 3 models of the Envista Avenir that were in stock. Adopted us of we wanted a test drive, took a copy of my license and we were on our way. He then made the rest of the purchasing experience as pleasant as it could be. At the end, he showed us all about the car and helped connect the car to my phone through the mybuick app and called OnStar too
