I had an amazing experience purchasing a used vehicle with Evan at this dealership. He was calm, not pushy, simple and matter of fact. He didn’t try any typical sales gimmicks and kept things clear and straight forward. I was able to make a quick decision on something I had been spending months agonizing over, because my experience was so nice. I was in and out in under 3 hours which with financing is usually not the case! I highly recommend working with this team if they have a vehicle you’d like to purchase.

Took my car there to get an oil change and there was a Bmw Ultimate Care Oil Service deal that they recommended. 3 years of unlimited oil change for $225. There was also issue with my Bmw X3 active grill was not working properly and turned the check engine light on. My warranty was already expired but Bmw had extended warranty specifically for active grill issue. Service director Jonathon stepped in and helped to solve the issue. They fixed it under warranty. Whole service department was super kind and clean inside. You can sit and watch your car while in service. They have very good waiting area with snacks and drinks. My service advisor Bailey was an awesome guy and informed me with every step that they are taking during my service visit. My visit took more than a day and they provided a loaner for me. Overall satisfied 10/10

Evan and his team at BMW Denver provided the best car buying experience ever. Everything from the first time I called to follow up and awesome sales assistance was right on. Even the financial team was fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had some anxiety flying in to get a M550 and all for nothing as they had everything ready to go and I was gone within two hours.
