My sister in law suggested and highly recommended I go to Teddy Volkswagen. She gave me a number to call and to ask for Julio. Julio responded almost immediately, I loved that! He asked a few questions and the connected with with the one and only Mr. Kevin Watson-Grant. Kevin and I communicated for about a week before we met in person. During this week, we communicated via text, phone and email. He was thorough! He asked a few questions to see what I would qualify for, as I was only interested in leasing. Kevin asked for a few documents and I sent them. Plus, we talked about me trading in my 2014 Chevy equinox and the possible value according to KBB. I finally went to Teddy Volkswagen on 6/16/24. I was shown this one car style. I expressed my interest in another, Kevin and the team crunched some numbers and made it happen. I’m in the car I wanted. The transition, transaction and overall process was smooth and easy. I LOVE MY CAR! I LOVE THAT I CAN SWITCH IT IN A FEW YEARS! What I love most any this experience; especially as a woman, is that they never tried to jerk me around. I felt heard, respected and I felt I am now a part of the Teddy Volkswagen family for life! Thank You Teddy Team! Worked with Romario and Elijah Sales Manager to upgrade to a bigger family hauler. Elijah and his team were straight forward and got us a number on my trade and Out the Door price we were comfortable with for a 24 Atlas SEL in Opal White with French Roast interior. Franklin the Finance Manager walked us through the numbers and within 2 hours we were in our new vehicle. They also gave us free Atlas All Weather Mats due to having to wait 48 hrs for the car delivery.. Excellent overall experience!! Daisy and Joey....
