I’ve been coming here for years for service and they’ve always been great and professional. My wife needed a new car with a baby on the way and Tim and Salar went above and beyond to hook me up. They were able to beat carmax’s offer on her car and give me an incredible deal on her new X7 below market value. They were courteous, respectful of my time and didn’t give me any of the dealer tricks people hate. I will definitely shop here for the rest of my BMW purchases. Thanks Tim and Salar!

I have been a loyal BMW customer for over 24 years. If I have to choose any BMW service to visit to take care of my car this location would have to be my #1 choice. This morning I had the pleasure of working with Mark King to lease my new car and he was one of the most professional and amazing salesman that I have ever worked with. He was on top of his game from start to finish. He was very prompt in responding to all my questions throughout the negotiation process. He made sure all my paperwork was ready before I even got to the dealer. The entire process was very smooth and I am grateful for all his help.

Service was efficient and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Doug did my paperwork and is a delight to speak with. I was given a loaner car for the hours the service dept had my car and the whole process was easy. One issue with a malfunctioning light in the cabin was unresolved as they needed to order a part, but Doug stated it would be in next week and I could come back for installation when it arrives. Overall a great experience.
