2024 BMW M8 Competition

Just bought our 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT and took delivery today. All I got to say is our SA August Alpern is the best sales associate I have worked with for Porsche Cars. Attention to detail throughout the whole process was impeccable. I was looking for a specific part for my Porsche, and they quickly found it in their system. What stood out to me was their attention to detail—they double-checked to make sure I was getting the exact part I needed, ensuring compatibility with my vehicle model and year. They even provided advice on installation and maintenance, which was extremely helpful. The parts were high-quality, as expected from Porsche, and the pricing was fair. What I appreciated most was the efficiency of the service. I was in and out in no time, with all my questions answered and the parts in hand. The service at Porsche Brooklyn is top notch. Service Advisor Emanuel "Manny" is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. These guys were able to correct an issue with my Taycan that another Porsche dealership missed/could not. They have also at times managed to squeeze me into a tight schedule with a reasonably quick turnaround time, and given me a lift home when I've had to leave the car in the shop overnight. Kudos to the entire service team, including the service manager, I forget his name, for running the entire operation smooth and pleasant.
