2023 BMW M8 Competition

Desperately needed an m340i earlier today. Evans BMW and Daniel helped get me into one. Recently began my search for an m340i. They're really tough to find so I looked pretty far outside of my area. I love outside of Cincinnati, over an hour away, so I was skeptical at first with working with a dealership that wasn't local to me. Regina and Daniel both made the experience the best they could. Because of the distance, they were happy to send photos and even videos of the car. They were responsive and actively engaged in helping me, even though it was through a series of calls and texts. I traded my beautiful 23 X5 in for something much more fun.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Specifically Stephen (in sales) and Daryl (in service) are the stand outs at this dealership (do yourself a favor and ask for them!!). They truly are THE reason I’m writing this review because they have gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me after buying a used BMW here. They have had so much patience, kindness, and have gone the extra mile MULTIPLE times to make a few hiccups with my car right at no extra charge to me. If it weren’t for these two gentlemen my experience would have been entirely different. Thank you thank you thank you!

This was the most incredible car buying process, I was looking to purchase my Dream Car a BMW X5 M50i I was looking for "The One" and there came James to make it possible! I don't live in the area and James Frye was incredibly helpful in helping me get my dream vehicle, He went above and beyond and did everything he could to help me out, from the buying process to arranging transport and delivery of the vehicle to making sure everything was done with Evan Motor Work Touch! and even making sure it would be everything and more once I took delivery He was attentive to all my questions, made himself available even on a Sunday or his day off and helped me work through the whole process and made it feel so easy, I can't thank James enough for all the help in getting in this amazing car!
