Great place to buy a car. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership and the entire process was so smooth. This dealership offered me multiple rebates, which another dealership did not. This dealership offered me a lower interest rate than another dealership did. I shopped online at many Hyundai dealerships and found the best deal at Hyundai of Kirkland. I worked with a salesman named Anthony Karymsakov. He responded to my texts and questions in a timely manner. He send me a link to start my credit application. He helped speed the process along, so that when I arrived, we were ready to sign papers. I would definitely consider buying another car from this dealership.
I went in on Sunday to look at a getting a new car. I was quickly greeted by Dakota, who helped me through the rest of my experience. When going in, I knew what I could afford monthly and in total. Both her and her manager, Joey, were amazing. Over the following next 2 days, she stayed in contact with me, letting me know she was still actively trying to get me into the vehicle I wanted. She helped me find the car I was interested and made the experience so relaxing. Dakota, as well as 3 other colleagues came in on their days off to help me finalize the purchase of my new vehicle. Super happy with my experience there!
I looked at all the reviews here before going in for the first visit, and I'm really sorry that all the folks who left the bad reviews had their negative experiences. As a first time buyer, my experience was amazing. David Kim handled everything for me end to end, including both insurance and financing. I got a really good price on my Ioniq 5 and they were able to give me a better rate than Bank of America who approved my auto loan (which I didn't end up needing). I was connected to 1st Rate Insurance and they found the best rate for me. If I had my insurance and loan set up, then I'd have been able to drive away with my new car in under 30 minutes. Everything was streamlined and David was really awesome to get everything set up and finished! For future buyers, I hope yall get to have the same positive experience that I had!
