I initially came in at the beginning of September to poke around and get some numbers on the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Tech. I first spoke with TJ who scheduled me to come in and I spoke with Don Traylor. Don was very accommodating and informative. I let Don know I was closing on my house at the end of the month but that I wanted to see what was out there as I have had my eye on the Lyriq since March. Fast forward to about mid-September and I received another text from TJ asking me how everything was with the house purchase etc, she is very warm! She scheduled me to come in again after some discussion, so I did. And I am GLAD that I did. After I closed on my house, I headed back to Heritage and spoke with the new manager Derek who then introduced me to Frankie. Let me tell you. I have never laughed so hard and had such a pleasant car buying experience ever! The team there worked tirelessly to cut me a deal that was right for my budget. Not only did I get a great deal, but I also got a higher trim Lyriq! Throughout the transaction Don checked on me as well, he had two appointments already so he was tied up, but made sure I was taken care of!
