Route 23 Nissan most definitely changed my outlook on car shopping. I was in the market for a new car and dreaded the entire process. This was before I met Raymond Perez, a sales consultant at Route 23 Nissan. Ray not only listened to what I was looking for but DID NOT push or show me anything beyond my budget. I was transparent in my list of what i wanted including my timeline and financial situation. Ray not only listened, but explained in DETAIL, things in the most comfortable way without pushing or making me have to make a decision I didn't want to make. He got the EXACT car and model I was looking at for me to test drive. At other dealerships, they not only tried to talk me up a level but had me drive the top model to try and sell me higher then I needed or wanted. As I drove, he pointed out the things in the model that were pertinent and above what I had even asked for, encouraging me to enjoy the drive and try out different things in the car. At the end of the day, if you are looking for a car, Nissan or not (as they also sell used), I will return to Route 23 Nissan in addition to recommending Ray for the most pleasant experience in a very stressful decision (in my opinion).
