2019 BMW M5 Competition

I had a great experience buying from fairfax motors. I’ve had one car in mind for months and after looking online for weeks, I finally found it on their page. I called a few days prior to book an appointment to come test drive and possibly buy the car and it was extremely easy and stress free!! I ended up finally getting the car I wanted and in good condition for a very fair price. The only thing I could possibly criticize is the fact that the screws used to put on my license plates looked old and rusted (which isn’t a big problem at all, I had a few new screws at home and replaced them myself). But other than that insignificant problem, my experience was overall great. Mike Kim helped me out a ton with buying the car and would repeatedly ask me if I had any questions or concerns and was genuinely interested in making sure I had the best experience possible. He even gave me a few replacement parts that I asked for at no additional cost. If you’re looking to buy a good reliable used car, I’d recommend giving fairfax motors a shot.

During my test drive with my vehicle, she gave me a lot of great tips and information about the car. The buying process was incredibly personal and her hospitality and kindness made me feel at ease with everything. One of the best experiences I've had buying a used vehicle, and that's saying a lot because I've bought over 20 used vehicles. My salesman Mason was phenomenal. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I test drive. He was patient through the entire process and listened to what I was looking for in my used vehicle. The dealership didn't employ pressure tactics and they all did their best to help me find the vehicle that best matchesvwhat I was looking for. The buying process was a breeze and they even delivered the vehicle to me after the deal was completed. I highly recommend Fairfax Motors and would buy from them again.
