I worked with Danny Im (Owner) and my goodness gracious does Foreign Auto Connect deserve every bit of a 5-star rating for their superb customer service and dedication during my first car purchase from a dealership. (i previously only bought from Facebook marketplace).I was given the owners number to communicate with him and be able to talk about the car that they didn’t even have pictures up yet as it popped up on CarGurus. Not only did they provide a comprehensive explanation of the car's features, but they also allowed for a lengthy test drive with my friend, ensuring my complete satisfaction. They even promised to fix a few minor issues I noticed, free of charge, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer care. They held the car just for me, making the whole experience feel personalized and special. I'm beyond pleased with their service and highly recommend them to anyone in search of a trustworthy car buying experience! Also getting a photo with the car and Danny was the highlight of my day. I purchased a vehicle around 1 month ago. I drove from out of state and picked the car up and drove it back home, around 12 hours round trip. The team at Foreign Auto Connect was very helpful and great to work with. I worked directly with Sam who provided great customer service throughout the entire process. He allowed me to take the car for lunch to think more about the purchase and didn't rush me into anything. In the end I was happy with the negotiation and the car has been excellent. I would purchase from these guys again.
