I came in a couple of months ago to test drive a few cars. I spoke with and met Scott who is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He is not your typical pushy salesperson and allowed me to take my time looking at and driving each vehicle. Every car on his lot was super clean and well taken care of. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Coventry Motorcar, only because I found the spec I was really looking for out of state. When my new Audi is in need of service or repairs, I would not hesitate to come here and work with this team again.
I towed my car to this shop after first towing it to the Audi dealer in Hartford. Audi quoted me 8k for a new clutch without even looking at my car - long story short- Helder fit me in and said I only needed a slave cylinder and starter. They are honest and have great business practices. I’m happy to have found somewhere I can trust.
I have bought a couple cars from CMC over the years. Scott is a great salesman, easy to work with, made the sales process seamless. Elder and the technicians are great and easy to work on maintenance and repairs.
