2008 BMW 5 Series M5

Very honest dealership! My wife and I are from Pennsylvania and we flew into Salt Lake and picked up our Jeep to tour Utah and surrounding states and drive it home. Two months before our trip I contacted Jeremy at Firehouse and told him what vehicle I was looking for and a few weeks later he bought one at an action for me and had it serviced and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, sight unseen. Jeremy was very honest on the condition of the vehicle and it was exactly as described. His wife Tami also went the extra mile and with the finishing touches! I highly recommend this dealership!

I am just over the moon I got the truck I’ve been looking for for quite a long time at a more than reasonable price for the year and mileage, besides the slight hiccup with the battery being bad, Jeremy made sure I was reimbursed for it, after reaching out to him and emissions after realizing it hadn’t been done until after I picked it up and being more than an hour away worked with me so I didn’t have to drive back. Jeremy was outta town but Juan was amazing and very personable to work with and addressed all my concerns and questions, I wasn’t pressured at all like you’d get at other dealerships. I took it camping and towed with it over the weekend and had no issues. I was extremely anxious and skeptical buying from a smaller dealership being worried about being sold a lemon and being stuck with the bill, but I did my research and made sure to buy my own carfax and check with the Toyota dealership iifor any services that may not have been specified in the carfax and had I have not had mechanical background would have taken it to be checked out, but Jeremy made sure to disclose anything he was aware of when I called for the test drive and was more than willing to make it right with the battery. Thank you so much!!! You guys were awesome!! Maybe little less polish on the detailing though, was slipping on the floor mats and couldn’t touch anything without it feeling super oily haha.

We bought a used car from Jeremy on Saturday. It was a positive experience and I would recommend them. Jeremy didn't "salesman" us. He was just a normal guy doing business. It was great!
