I had a very pleasant experience buying from BMW of South Albany. Johnny Wang from Sales made this remote purchase much easier than i had anticipated. From initial photo/video assessment of the vehicle, to negotiation, shipment arrangement, and even addressing some post-delivery issues, Johnny has been nothing but professional in his responses and willingless to make things happen for my benefit. This 10 years old M3 needed some interior and rim reconditioning, and Johnny advocated on my behalf to get those repairs approved by management.
