Jack and Dave were both very polite and laid back. They were not pushy at all when it came to buying or not. It was the same over the phone as it was in person. They were genuine and were happy to answer any questions. They are not sneaky when selling. if something is wrong with the car and you ask they will tell you why. For example: the car I bought was a salvage title so I asked and they just flat-out told me what the issue was. I didn't even get that kind of answer from a dealership.
