I had the most pleasant car-buying experience with the Alfa Romeo dealership in San Jose! From the moment I submitted an online inquiry to visiting the dealership for a test drive and finally purchasing my car, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. Jason and Kevin were incredibly professional, never pushy, and always patient in answering all our questions. They provided us with plenty of useful information and helped us feel confident in our decision. On top of that, I was thrilled to get the Alfa Romeo I’ve always wanted at an excellent price. The showroom itself was also a highlight of my visit—it’s beautifully decorated, featuring vintage cars and several classic race cars, which I absolutely loved. It added a special touch to the whole experience and made it feel even more memorable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent, hassle-free, and truly enjoyable car-buying experience.

Jason and his team made this such a pleasant interaction, it was like a couple of car guys just talking about things while I looked over the car. I had driven a car like this before but they wanted to be sure I knew about what made it unique, drive it to be sure it was still right for me, and that in every way I was comfortable with making a deal. When it came time to talk about price, there was no pressure, just a willingness to find common ground. And since I am from out of town, Jason helped me arrange for transport of the car. This dealership is new but has great potential. I talked with Michael (one of the sales guys) he was truly great and knowledgeable about the brand as well as proud to represent it. I truly look forward to seeing this dealer thrive and be the main Alfa dealer for the Bay.
