We are 1st timers (ever being in a car dealership), we didn't know what to expect, with our nerves and confusion what should we say or how we were going to do everything. The first time we meet Mr Craig Cruz with his warm welcoming smile it was like meeting a big brother or long time good friend not a complete stranger seriously. He made us feel welcome , ask our concerns help us understand how everything is done , asked us questions that we should be asking him , took his time really made an effort to make us feel comfortable. At first we didn't know if we could even be qualified or afford a new car , but Mr Craig Cruz went out of his way found us just what we needed even afford on our low income. He truly went above and beyond . Guide us step by step . We are truly grateful we meet him today . For that short time today we gain a good friend and got our very own 1st brand new car . All in one short day .our kids are so excited they wanna round the island right away . AK is very lucky to have a great guy like Mr Craig Cruz.
